For UK schools
School library software made in Britain.
QuickTrack is written by Allensby Group, a British software company, and works the way UK schools do from the first launch: British spelling, pounds and Year and Form wording out of the box.

Set up for UK schools
Choose the UK region and QuickTrack uses British spelling, UK dates, pounds for fines and Year and Form instead of Grade and Homeroom. Schools elsewhere can switch to American wording, and the staff screens and student window are available in ten other languages as well.
Connects to the systems you already use
Sync pupils and classes from Wonde, Clever or OneRoster, or import from CSV, Excel, OpenDocument, MARC and ISBN lists with a preview and an undo for the last import. Moving from an older QuickTrack? A walkthrough brings your books, students and books on loan across.
Data protection you can explain to a governor
The library and every backup are encrypted with AES-256, with a recovery key that you keep. Your data stays on your own computers. Staff have their own sign-ins and there is an activity log. Challenges between schools and emails are opt-in, and when challenges are on only school-level totals are shared, never student details.
Simple, honest pricing
£297.00 per year per library, with additional devices connecting to the main library free of charge. The free demo has every feature, with up to 10 books and 10 students, so you can see it working before you buy.
Help when you need it
The built-in help window and step-by-step guides show you what to press and where to type. We also offer remote support sessions and email support.
